jira cloud saml login failed. "app_not_configured_for_user"

The saml configuration is wrong, and you are unable to log in with the administrator account. What should I do in this case?

Unable to access my account due to SAML configuration

If you log out while google saml setting is not finished, you are currently unable to log in as an administrator. Please disable the saml setting. thank you.
