hello!
We are new to Jira and we are wondering if our clients can see our other projects with other clients, also do we need to pay for clients? We are graphic design company!
Hi Michelle - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Depending on the type of project you are creating (Company-managed or Team-managed), you set up permissions for each project so they can only be seen by certain people.
For Jira Work Management projects, all users will need a license.
Welcome to our Community.
If your design is one JWM project for one client, then we can set permission based on each project. If we need the clients collaborate with us, then we need pay the licenses for them.
Of course, we may have other free solutions for mutilple clients, which depends on what specific collaborations with the clients. If we just show some docs or informaiton with the clients, we may use confluence and use guests for clients, who can view the confluence pages free of charge.
Hope it helps.
Thanks,
YY哥
