Hi @Col, and welcome to the community,

Based on your screenshot, you are using Jira Work Management, and business projects have minimal options for configuring the board. Therefore, you won't be able to change the card width and add custom fields to cards.

For a Kanban board implementation with all features such as backlog, WIP and adding custom fields to the card, I'd recommend using a Jira Software project with a Kanban board.

Hi @Col  I add to @Alex  that there is no option in Jira (Software/WorkManagement) to set the column size 

you can check the relevant features :

As a user, I would like to be able to change the size of cards on the Rapid Board

Ability to view an Agile board with many columns

Thanks, just to confirm Im looking at changing the card size not the specific columns? is this possible or not in software or WorkManagement?
