Hi,
I have two issues related between each other and one of them causes another one. Is there a way that I can link all of them automatically?
Fo example: Issue A is related to issue B. Issue B causes issue C. I need to, in an automated way, link issue A to C.
Any idea of how can I do that?
Hello @Rosario Puertas Vega
What action would cause the automation to start? Would that be when issue C is linked to issue B as "caused by"?
Do you want every issue linked to issue B to then be linked to issue C, regardless of the type of link used between B and the other issues?
Do you want the link between A and C created regardless of the type of link between C and B?
thank you so much @Trudy Claspill. after sending the question I have found the answer. I did it copy as a JSON value.
