Open issue with email

Hello everyone,

I need help about create issue from email. we can create issue from email. But some mails jira do not create new issue. Also delete from mail box. What should i do ? Or could i check logs ?

Are you accessing the email account that the emails are being sent to? Do you have any email rules setup?
