Hi,
I created a project in Jira work management and closed it.
Now I can't find it, it doesn't show up in my project list.
Please where can I find the project and the tickets from the project?
Best regards
Hi @Jovana Simeska welcome to the Atlassian Community!
What do you mean exactly by "I closed the JWM project"?
You cannot close a project in Jira, only delete it (move to trash) or archive it (if you are on a premium plan).
Are you an admin? Is the project listed in https://<yoursite>.atlassian.net/jira/settings/projects/manage , either under Manage projects or Trash or Archive?
Hi Dave,
Nice to meet you.
When I mean closed I mean all my tickets get a status "Done" in a board.
So, when I change the status in DONE, the project is gone, I can't see it in a project list.
Yes, I am admin, I follow you instruction but the project is not in the list.
I don't know what happened why I can't see the project.
Please, I need to see all projects, including this one because I am doing reports, metrics.
I am waiting your answer.
BR
