How to make jira understand html?

I ran into a problem, I hope you can help me solve it. I'd like to make Gira recognize the HTML code. I tried to follow this instruction because I couldn't find another one. The KB that you found only applies to Server/Data Center. In Cloud you cannot do this, instead you can use the rich text editor, or use markdown formatting.

Hello, thank you! But is it possible to do in Jira Work Management? in comments, for example. I want to white code in comments and want jira automatically modify code

No, it will not convert the html for you, but you can use a code block if you want include code in your answer. If you click on the plus sign you will see a list of different things that can be added to the rich text field.
