How do I package a JIRA project into an installation package for another instance?

Edited

I have a project in JIRA. This project has over 50 compliance templates. These templates consist of custom fields, customized issue types, customized workflows, and automation rules that create the templates after a ticket is created. Basically, a user would choose from over 50 different issue types (templates), and it would generate each template upon task creation. When the task is then created, 5 different subtasks are created under the main ticket.

I would like to package this up, so other organizations can use it, or ultimately submit this to the Atlassian marketplace, as this would provide helpful for users to have these templates in one centralized location with the content involved.

What is the best way to do this?

Thanks in advance,

Earl
