Since January 17th, everyone in the https://it-interno.atlassian.net/ organization has been without access, including the administrators themselves. The main project screen shows error 1NXO611.

The code in the error message is a flag inserted into the log files to help find messages that were added at the time the error occurred. The code is not for a specific type of error.

I tried everything to contact support. The most that this link you gave me will show is the documentation or check the questions here on the forum. I really need to talk to someone, because all access, including administrators, doesn't work.

Are your Organization Administrators able to access https://admin.atlassian.com and find your Organization and the Billing information for your products? If so, can you tell us if you are using a Free or Paid subscription, and what it says there about the state of your subscription
Only a Jira Administrator (or Organization Admin) will be able to create a support case.
If you are using a Free subscription then you don't technically have access to Atlassian support, but you can still go to that page and select the Pricing, Billing option and get redirected to another page where you can raise an issue.
