I have an automation in place where setting two fields (reach/impact) set the priority of the ticket.
The second automation is in place to copy the priority of the parent to the children.
This works when manually updating the priority field on the parent but when I edit the reach/impact fields > that updates the parent priority > but the child isn't updating.
Clean way of trying to say this - automation triggered from an automation isnt' working?
On the second automation, make sure that you have enabled allow other rules actions to trigger this rule under rule details
