I'm an administrator who uses Jira Management in Korea. My company member is not able to access Jira because of the two-step authentication. I get a message asking me to put a 6-digit code in the following image in Korean, but I can't receive the code every day. Please tell me how to solve it

Are you receiving other emails from Jira? If not, you should open a support ticket with Atlassian to see if your email address is on the suppression list for some reason.
