Went with an Orca as the JWM mascot.  Orca work together to get things done (Hunt).  They are an apex predator with no competition and they can be fun and playful at times.  They have complex social structures, travel in groups, and work well together.

JWM will help your team work together to get things done, become apex predators, and destroy your work.  You will be able to enjoy work more, have fun and be playful.  It will help your team grow together no matter how complex the social structure.  It would also make an excellent plushie.

OOOH I love this @BR ! I just saw some Orcas a few weeks back when I went to Orcas Island in the San Juans!
