Can't remove attachments

Hi Team,
I would like to ask you about possibility of removing attachments inside of task. This feature was available in the past but now I assume that some permission was removed from my account and I can't do it.

The issue is:
- I can't remove attachments which I was attached
- I can't remove attachments which somebody else attached

If you're working with a company-managed project, talk to your Jira administrator about the following project permissions.

• Delete all attachments
• Delete own attachments
