We migrated our Jira from one server to new server.

Old Server = No Plesk

New Server = With Plesk

-plesk used 8080 (nginx)

-jira used port 8181

After we switched the IP on DNS , we cannot connect to Jira URL and we are redirect to Plesk,

I uninstalled Plesk thinking that this will fixed the issue.

But still not working.

Note: that we can access jira using IP:8181.

My question is , can someone share solution to fixed this?

thanks.

@Adriane Caneda Sr. - hi Adriane! After uninstalling Plesk, what happens when you hit the domain URL?

No , it didnt work.

I am planning now to setup from scratch. But if theres a way to fix it without doing it , much better.

It looks like its not landing to the tomcat path of Jira application when not defining the port number on the URL.
