epic roadmap not display in jira software

Question

I have installed “Epic Roadmap for Jira Software” in Jira software and register license.

But I can’t find Roadmap item in projects.

I'm having the same issue. I'm running Jira Server 8.15, have a current license but nothing showing, just created a ticket in Jira will update if they have an answer.
