Why don't I see all my project's Sub-task issue types when I Create a Sub-task from an issue?

I have 4 sub-task issue types set up for a project (MLPR2).  (See graphic.)  When I select to Create a Sub-task on an issue in the project, only 1 of the 4 is showing in the Issue Type field.  Why don't I see all 4?  Can't I have multiple sub-task types?

OOPS. I had a script limiting what issue types would display in the drop down and it was killing the subtasks!
