Where did the browse a project's labels screen go?

The page to see a project's labels doesn't seem to be there anymore even though support docs says something like this is there

Hey Daniel,

This view on the project page was removed as of 6.2. You are viewing the docs for version 6.1.

An alternative to the same report is to use the Labels Gadget.
