Where did the browse a project's labels screen go?

The page to see a project's labels doesn't seem to be there anymore even though support docs says something like this is there

This widget could not be displayed.

Hey Daniel,

This view on the project page was removed as of 6.2. You are viewing the docs for version 6.1.

An alternative to the same report is to use the Labels Gadget.

Thanks Bhushan, but then how do you rename a tag please? 

Also how can you permanently delete a tag as well please ?

Yep that is what i meant. thanks for link. Strange you can only replace but not delete.
