But when I try to register an issue using a CSF file, I can't register an attachment.
Because, when I register an issue, I can't find the attachments field.
How can I register an issue using a CSV file when I prepare an attached file like the image below?

in order to add an attachment through CSV import file, the attachment should be stored in a public site and with a specific structure including data, autor, filename and location.
