Updating a view in Advanced Roadmaps does not update embedded confluence view

Hi all

I am wondering if this is standard or if I am doing something wrong...

I would expect that if:

  1. I embed a view of an Advanced Roadmap (via the Share > Confluence > Generate Link function into a confluence page via the Advanced Roadmap Macro
  2. I see the view Embedded in my confluence page (this occurs)
  3. Then if I update the view and SAVE it
  4. If I refresh the Confluence page with the embedded view, that this would update to the new format saved (this does not occur - I see old view)

This is frustrating as it if anything changes I have to recreate a new Confluence Link and update the confluence page Advanced Roadmaps Macro...

This seems wrong, is this expected behaviour or am I doing something wrong?

Thanks all :)

Completely agree with you, Breisi, that an embedded advanced roadmap view in Confluence should update automatically when a view is saved.

OR give us an option, toggle, in view settings to auto-refresh or not (similarly how it works with embedding Lucidcharts.

Pretty please :)

@Breisi Brito

That has been my experience as well. My suggestion, create a special view just to display for Confluence. Ideally, you would not need to be constantly tweaking the view. At least this way, if you know you want to display specific information, make it its own view.
