I'm not sure what my username and password are.
I tried to reset it several times yesterday but I haven't received any reset emails (I've checked my spam folder too).
Why isn't the password reset working?
If you are the only administrator and nobody can help you can try to reset password through database. Read here about it:
Can you tell us if you're on Jira Cloud or Server? If you're on Cloud I can help you if you can confirm your email address is the same as your user's email here.
If you're on Server then you will want to talk to your Server Administrator to recover it. They may not have set up the outgoing email server.
I think I'm on the server version.
I'm just using it for myself for my own project on my own computer so there's no other Server Administrator or anything.
I'm very new to Jira this is my first time using it. Would the cloud be a better option than the server for me?
