Hi dear community,
I noticed today that our Jira has 2 different Epic Color Custom fields.
I noticed that when the add-on Easy Agile User Story did not display the epic color.
Apparently there is a problem because different IDs are read out depending on the field. In addition, these are also called different.
I have no idea where these come from and why. What I found is such a phenomenon when importing projects. Unfortunately, I don't know whether a project has been imported into our instance.
Now to the real question. Which is the original field? Can I just delete the other one?
Many thanks. I'm really happy for any input here.
Many greetings
Marco
Hi Marco - If you go to Settings > Issues > Custom Fields and search on the Epic. You should see that one of the fields is LOCKED. That is the original field.
Hi John
Thank you. But unfortunately this does not help me, because both are LOCKED.

Hmm, very strange. I would go ahead and open a Support Ticket with Atlassian:
