Transition button missing

I have a workflow that branches between 2 different transitions.

• Evaluate -> Accepted
• Evaluate -> Expedited

The project does not use kanban boards as it is a business project and it has a button to transition from Evaluate to Accepted is listed when I pull up an issue but the Evaluate -> Expedited button does not seem to exist.

This transition was designed for Exec approval in mind.

Maybe workflow rules are restricting from you transitioning the issue.

Check the transition once for any rules that are present!!

Additionally please check you have mapped the status to columns properly in the board section

Thank you for that I haven't worked with transition conditions before so I did not think to look there.

Hey @Orry Wright-Larson ,

On that transition, do you have any conditions defined?

If the transition is there in your workflow but the button doesn't show up, most of the time it is due to the fact that your have blocked it somehow and probably by using a condition on the flow.

Since it was set up with Exec approval in mind it might be limited to a specific group.
