Tempo Time sheets Error something went wrong

Hey,

im using a fresh install of jira, where tempo dosnt work, 

it isnt loading and on the right site of a ticket there is this error:

is.origo.jira.tempo-plugin:collaboratorsmodule

There is no user like addon user in my jira if you think this is the solution.

I dont have anything more.
