Sum of Time Tracking for Issues, Tasks and Subtasks within an Epic

Question

We have Epics for tracking time banks/support and maintenance plans. In my Epic view I can see "Issues in this epic", some are done, but the Time Tracking field is showing "No time logged" despite time being logged to Issues within the Epic. How do I get the Time Tracking field to show me a sum of everything within the Epic, not just subtasks.
