Submit form only but cannot view after submit

Hi,

   Any pointers of article or is this possible?

  Since a common userid will be used by many users, they will be able to submit via form to submit with all those relevant fields completed. 

  After submited, that form data cannot be viewed by user who is logged in.

@Sachi You should submit them through the API.  You would have to create your own form and it would submit the requests into Jira.
