Setting columns on saved filters

I set up a filter for a project and want to send daily subscriptions (as reminder reports) to team members.  However, they do not see the same columns as I set up in my filter. Is there is a way to lock in the columns that people see?  I researched and someone suggested an option under Tools called Set columns on filter, but I do not see this.

Everyone should received the same data columns in the subscribed filter.

Hey Tammy,

You may want to look into setting up a Confluence page for your report.

You can set it up so daily reports are sent out (https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/scheduled-jobs-96567525.html?_ga=2.58316450.921641210.1513083263-2007992117.1503344444)

You also have the ability to hard code what columns show up on a JIRA filter.  You can either insert a Filter Gadget or a JIRA filter and configure what columns show up.

Hope this helps,

Tyler
