Set Quick Filter as Default

In Agile, is it possible to set a Quick Filter as Default while opening the Board?

No, but it's quite a nice idea for some people (I wouldn't, I like to see everything by default, but I can see uses for it) - I'd raise it at https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/GHS - check to see if someone has raised it already though.
