Using Kanban dashboard, I want to move my issue type back. For example, I have a Trouble Report with status as fixed. Now testers test and find that fix does not work. Can this issue be moved back? How does it work?
The transitions you can do on your Kanban board are based on the transitions in the workflow that the issue is using (to see which workflow this is you should take a look at the admin page of the project).
Your kanban board has columns that are mapped on different workflow states, if you want to move an issue back to the front of the board you'll just need to create a transition from the status you're testing it to the status that at the front of the board.
