Questions on Table Grid Next Generation using datasource Jira Fields

First Question - Can you only use Jira Fields Datasource on certain type of Jira fields.  I don't understand how that works.  In the Data Receiver tab enter Datasource as Jira Fields and the Jira field (for example issue components) Every column I add in that table grid the value for every column is mapped to the Jira Field - issue Components.  Also I have a custom field called Planned SP which is a number field but you can't map a number field to a datasource...?  Planned SP, Elaborated SP are customfields we have but they are not in the Datasource list or the dynamic list....why not?  I wanted to map those columns to those fields.  Can I only have 1 field using the Jira Field Datasource?  I have read the documentation and tried to add the Table Grid and columns but I am not getting anywhere because either the column is blank or all the columns have the same data....please can anyone help me
