Problem: Jira- Power BI Connector Issues with Service Account

Hello, 

One of our customers is trying to use our JIRA software and trying to establish a connection with the "service account".

Problem:

Steps we do: 

1) Logged in with the JIRA service account providing the right access to a particular project. In fact, we succeeded in calling the "OData URL" generated after the initial setup following the power-BI connector steps.  

2) Logged in Power-BI, and trying to establish the connection using the above "OData URL", it seems like the connection is failing with an error as shown below. 

Note: It worked when we used personal user account, the connection was established. But not with the JIRA service account. It worked when we logged into JIRA and calling the ODATA URL and calling from google chrome, rather than the Power-BI tool, it provided some results in XML which is nice to show service account is working. 

But not exactly sure, on why we see this error on PowerBI  tool? Can you help?

Was this issue ever resolved? I'm currently having the same issue with a colleague of mine when trying to refresh an OData connection between Jira Server and PowerBI.
