Preformat a field for specific projects

Hello, I wanted to know if there is a way to preformat the Description field for specific projects. Specifically, I would like to add 3 questions in the Description that need to be answered. For example, when a user creates new Story, I would to prepopulated these items

Given [condition]

When [event]

Then [Behavior]

I started looking at ScriptRunner behaviors and Custom Script field but nothing really jumped out

@David Whitlock I believe you could use ScriptRunner or JSM.  You would just add it to the workflow in the project on issue create.  This way you can easily have custom values per project.

Thank you Brant, I will take a look at that suggestion.
