Am trying to configure a notification to people while my jira server is stopped working kindly give me an idea how to configure it.

There will be a need for JIRA Administrator to notify user for any event that will be happening on the instance

This email is for JIRA Admin if the JIRA server is stopped working suddenly an alert should go for jira admin

I think it's not possible Because Of With Out Jira running There Is No Notification Helper Once You Will Race A ticket on Atlassian
