Our DAG Group is moving to new SQL Server. What needs to be change pointing to the new SQL Server.
Hi @lester Kacprzak ,
switching databases can be very easy or quite complex, all depends on what the source and target environment are like.
Basically, if your databases are compatible, you could do a simple database dump and reimport it. Then change Jira settings to use the new database.
But there are also more complex cases, if you're changing database engines or moving to incompatible versions.
I would advise reading this documentation from Atlassian : https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/import-and-export-jira-automation-rules/
Let me know if this helps,
