As user it is possible to Create 3 Sub-tasks whenever a Epic Jira is created.
Since we have XYZ Workflow for our project, So without making any changes to the existing workflow can we create a custom schema workflow whenever a Epic Jira is created.
It Yes, Please let me how to create.
For Eg :
Epic Jira Created -- Task 1 , Task 2 , Task 3 should be created automatically

Yes, using the Automation For Jira tool that is Free with Jira Cloud it is possible. Here is some more information to help you get started:
There are two types of automation:

You can do this via global rules to apply to all projects also. You'll need to be a Jira Admin/Site Admin, go to Jira Settings > System > Automation Rules (left-hand menu).
