NO COMMENT BUTTON

I'm a new user for Jira.

Since I login, I have no comment button at the bottom left corner of my web interface.

My manager said he has given me all the permission I need for using Jira.

Is there any setups for me to do or any other problems with my account?

Do check with your manager whether you have the necessary permission to 'Add comments' via the permission scheme.
