Login not working after base url change

Hi, 

I was accessing Jira by IP, and have now registered a domain. 

When I access Jira over the domain, it loads properly but does not allow me to login (nothing happens) while over IP, it still works fine. The base URL appears to be correctly changed in the settings so I am out of ideas. 

 

Any help is appreciated.

Hi Ivan,

When you say nothing happens do you get a login error or does it just stay on that page?

Here is what I would check:

  1. Verify the base URL in settings again
  2. Verify the base URL is correct in the server.xml file
  3. Check your proxy settings

Once you have verified the above information I would next reproduce the issue and collect a HAR file and see what information it provides.
