Hi,
I am a Scrum Master and a team member (Developer) of mine is facing the following issue.
Issue description:
To rectify this issue, he performed the following things:
1. Opened browser preferences in Firefox menu
2. Clicked Privacy & Security
3. Scrolled to Cookies and Site Data, then clicked 'Clear Data...'
4. Unchecked 'Cookies and Site Data'
5. Kept 'Cached Web Content' checked, then finally clicked 'Clear' button.
After this, he restarted his browser
Also did similar thing in Google Chrome and this still did not solve the problem.
Welcome to the Community! Do you see any error message? Did you try with a different browser (like Google Chrome)? Are other users experiencing the same issues? Are you using Jira Cloud or on premises?
These are the browsers supported in Cloud: https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-account/docs/supported-browsers-for-atlassian-cloud-products/
And for Data Centers and Server- https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/supported-platforms-938846830.html
