Hi @wanwisa.p

It is worth checking the notification scheme attached to your project. If you're a project admin:

  • Go to Jira Administration (cog in top-right of navigation bar)
  • Press Projects and choose your project from the list
  • On the left-hand menu, select Notifications
  • Check the notification type is on the list - and that 'All Watchers' is one of the groups to notify. See a list of notification types here

If the notification type / Watchers option is missing, a Site Admin will need to go and edit / create a Notification Scheme (they can also check a notification scheme from this area). To do this:

  • Go to Jira Administration > Issues
  • On the left-hand menu, select Notification schemes
  • Either choose an existing scheme or add a new one
  • Choose the hyperlink Add notification
  • Choose the type of notification you wish to add (you can select more than one, usually using Shift on a keyboard)
  • Select the 'All Watchers' as the assigned group
  • Press Add

If this doesn't work, let us know :)
