I need to know the API changes between JIRA 6.4 and 7.3.
The JIRA 7.0 API changelog is not detailed and I can't know what changed.
I have a serious integration that will probably break when connecting with 6,4 and I need to plan that ahead...

There are changes, you're right but the I really do feel the migration is well documented (e.g. here: https://developer.atlassian.com/jiradev/latest-updates/preparing-for-earlier-jira-releases/preparing-for-jira-7-0/jira-7-0-api-changes)
One of the huge changes is obviously the user management but we should also mention the webResources plugin.
