I have the same or similar problem.

I followed the instructions.

Installed versions:

Jira IntegrationVersion5.2.0-23.v990dc373a_0b_f

Jira Software 9.15.0

Jenkins Integration for Jira Server and Data Center Version: 5.20.0

I get the "online but not accessible" message

Hi @Murugesan

Can you provide some additional context?

  • What Jira app are you using for the integration?
  • What plugin do you have installed in Jenkins for this intergation?
  • What is the version of the Jenkins plugin?
  • Is the Jira app up-to-date?
  • Where their any changes to your Jenkins deployment itself, the host server, or the network?

Additional context like this makes it possible to help you to debug the issue.

Cheers,
Mark

Hi @Johan Wasserfall

The "online but not accessible" error mostly occurs when the authentication configuration is not correct, or the url to Jenkins contains additional path segments after the root url of Jenkins. For example, an incorrect url is `https://jenkins.example.com/api/json/` the correct url is `https://jenkins.example.com/`

If the issue persists, then please reach out to support at getsupport.marvelution.com I'm sure we can get your integration working.

Cheers,
Mark
