The done column in Agile does include even closed issues, until the fix version is released. But because we do not always use a fix version, we need to simulate one  for Cleanup.

Is there another way? (Quick Filter is not really helpful)

Thanks.

Are you on a Kanban board? (Sounds like you are!). If so, use the sub-filter to hide issues based on a criteria other than fixversions.

Great, thanks! Such a sub-filter would be helpful for Scrum also.

For scrum, the list is barely so large as it is only showing the work for a Sprint. For Kanban, there is no time limit and the list will eventually grow. Hence the sub-filter ;)
