Issue Collector failure in permission detection

Hello i have a Problem

Submiting a issue via the issue collector fails, if the Email Adress is assaigned to a user who is imported from the "Active Directory", over ldap. 

The users imported from the AD are not active, they are just listed in Jira.

The permission for submiting an issue is set for "everyone in web".

Autor is set to "attempting to match sender email addresses".


It works for active Jira users  and also for combinations of names + email-adresses, which are not deposited in jira.

Only workaround i found is removing the users from the Active Directory import.
