Is there any other way than Graph QL to fetch test execution data from Jira Cloud?

I am using Graph QL to fetch test execution data from Jira Cloud. But got to know that Graph QL is useful only to fetch less or limited number of records. In my case, I need to fetch lakhs of records so finding alternative of Graph QL.
