Is there a way to filter issues that are blocker tickets for a specific ticket without a JQL plugin?

Looking to for way to filter tickets thare are linked and are blocking a specific ticket.

 

ex. T1-1 is being blocked by T-4 and 7-8.  Would like to show open blocked tickets for T-1.

 

Can this be done without a JQL plugin?

you will need an addon for this, e.g. Scriptrunner, Powerscripts, etc.
