Is there a way I can create a HTML link to create a Jira issue and hide fields

I would like to create a HTML link to create a Jira task but at the same time I would like to hide fields from the create Window without user interaction. Example: I don't use the Environment fields I would like to hide it from the requester, so the requester only see the fields they need to fill.

@Sandesh Shetty, thaks for the info. My question is of it's possible to use a HTML link to create issues and hide fields I don't need for the specific issue without creating or modifying screens via the settings. Regards, Abe
