Is it possible to query for the issues that have been changed by ME in the last 3 weeks?

Basically, just that.

I know I can search for ALL issues that have been updated in the last x weeks, but I'm only interested in the ones that +I+ updated.

And not those that are simply assigned to me. That won't work because as issues make their way through the workflow, they get assigned to various people.

Any ideas?

Hi Darin,

Natively Jira does not have the ability to search by a user who updated the issue.

There are several plugins that add this functionality though, one of them is the JQL Search Extensions for Jira.
This plugin adds the UpdatedByUser search extension.
