Is it possible to assign the issue to Group not User?

we have a group related to security team,

when there is a ticket created in project they want to assign that ticket to that group default.

is it possible by any mean either by automation rule or any plugin we can make it happen?

we have automation plugin, script runner and JMWE plugin too.

its an emergency.

The Assignee field is always a single-user picker field, so you cannot assign an issue to more than one user. It's just how Jira works.

However, if you want to assign the issue to a specific member of a group, then the question becomes: how do you pick that member?

No, that is not possible in the Assignee field. 

However, you can create a custom field for Group Picker so that it can be seen which group is responsible for it. But there can only be one person responsible for the issue at a time in the Assignee field.
