I've used a Structure Board since the beginning of the year. It represents a function in my company, and the function has undergone a name change.
I accessed the "Manage Structure" feature and updated the name of my board and now all the content has disappeared in the Structure view.
The Project board is still intact and work can be viewed in there but not in the Structure board view. Wondering what steps I need to take to get the issuetypes to reappear.
Hello @Jane Coulson
I have never used Structure, but it seems to be just a view of Jira issues. The structure board is based on the Jira board name. Since that changed, the link was lost.
Can you recreate the view? Try using a JQL instead of a Jira board name

I fixed it!
Because I changed several board names due to the name change of our Function, the Filter query no longer worked.
Once I updated the filter query to the new board name - data reappeared.

Hello @Jane Coulson
Renaming a structure shouldn't cause its content to be changed in any way. If this happened then there might be a problem that should be investigated. Please reach out to us directly at our support portal and we'll get back to your shortly there.
Best regards,
Stepan Kholodov
