How to tell if a task has been released to production?

I am trying to determine what tasks have been released to production. We have multiple teams working on one project, but I am needing a way to determine what has been released and what has not. Each team has a "Release Version;" however, we will be releasing some tasks before the entire release version is completed.

Any suggestions? Also, if this is doable, is there a good jql that could show me all this?

Thanks

Hi @Jason Chayer

If version release feature doesn't solve your requirement, you need a flag which could be a status, cf or a label for production.

Thanks for getting back @Tansu Akdeniz . I basically edited the statuses to accommodate my needs.
