How to stop reloading of portal page on click of back button in refined pugin for service desk?

I am using the Refined plugin for the customer portal. when I open a popup to create a ticket and click on the cancel or close button. The page doesn't reload. The same thing when I click on the browser back button portal page reloads (some modules in portal page).

Is there any workaround?

  Refined theme uses a lot of modal popups which are initiated via JavaScript and do not cause a page refresh / reload.  There is not a work around and we have the same issue.  You can submit a support ticket to Refined.  https://support.refined.com/
